Construction Update: Tilling the Land

Digging is underway at Turnbuckle Distilling in Dakota Ridge, Colorado! We have been hard at work for almost two months as we prepare to pour foundation at our new site!

Along with building a water detention pond for storms, our excavation will move thousands of cubic feet of earth to level-out our parking lot, prepare our silo tasting room for a three-floor tasting experience, and extend the buildable space on our front range hillside so that restaurant diners will get a breathtaking view of the Denver skyline.

Right now we anticipate foundation pouring in Fall 2025 and we are on track to be fully open by Summer 2026. (Psst: we hope to open the production area and silo tasting rooms before the restaurant... stay tuned!)
